Life is challenging, and sometimes, focusing on one's mental health and well-being can take a back seat. Although working toward change can be difficult, Jen deeply values creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where people will be fully welcomed and accepted as they are. She looks forward to journeying together, whether through one's past experiences or present hardships, to achieve the future they desire.
