People are shaped by their past, but they are not defined by it. Jordan believes that healing comes from understanding the deeper layers of our experiences and how they influence the way we think, feel, and act in the present. Drawing from a depth-oriented, psychodynamic approach, he helps clients uncover the underlying causes of their mental health challenges. Through this exploration, individuals gain valuable insights into the patterns and emotions that shape their lives.
At the same time, Jordan recognizes that everyone is unique, and he is committed to meeting clients where they are. Whether it's through psychodynamic work or integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches, he tailors his approach to suit each individual’s needs, ensuring therapy feels practical and relevant for personal growth.
Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Trauma-Informed Counseling Certificate from Lebanon Valley College. His experience includes working as a drug and alcohol rehabilitation counselor, where he developed a deep understanding of addiction and its impact on the individual and family system. He is particularly passionate about supporting people through identity exploration, life transitions, emotional healing, and breaking free from recurring patterns that no longer serve them. Together with his clients, Jordan fosters a collaborative space where they can discover new meanings, heal unresolved wounds, and ultimately live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
As someone who naturally recharges in his own company, Jordan loves reading a good horror book or watching a thrilling horror movie in his free time. He also believes in the power of grounding activities and treasures when he has time to add another drawing to his sketchbook. While he values time for personal reflection, Jordan also understands the importance of social connections and cherishes spending quality time with his friends, family, and fiancée.
